Requisitos

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, strategize, execute, and report on automation testing efforts.
• Design and implement automation test strategies and frameworks.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure comprehensive testing and reporting.
• Analyze test reports and results, providing high-level recommendations for improvements.
• Create test data to support test cases.
• Perform test execution analysis and generate detailed test reports.
• Collaborate effectively in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5-7 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in test automation, including planning, strategizing, execution, and reporting.
• At least 3 years of experience in automation test strategy and framework design.
• Knowledge of leading industry standard testing tools such as UFT, TOSCA, and Selenium.
• At least 3 years of experience in test execution analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide high-level recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a global delivery environment
