Requisitos
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
- Scope, estimate, and schedule project timelines, maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and manage Agile methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Apply best practices in project management, including PMP or CSM methodologies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced global delivery environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 7 years’ experience in a Project Management role.
- At least 7 years of experience in project scoping, estimation, and scheduling.
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- ADO experience is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Digital expertise and experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
