At Brazoderecho, we are seeking an experienced QA Leader. If you have extensive experience in testing, test strategy, and framework design, and possess excellent communication and client interfacing skills, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to lead and influence high-quality software development initiatives in a global delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing efforts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, strategizing, execution, and reporting.
- Design and implement test strategies and frameworks, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams to ensure comprehensive testing.
- Analyze test execution results and provide high-level recommendations to improve quality.
- Develop and create test data for various testing scenarios.
- Supervise and guide the testing team to ensure smooth and efficient testing processes.
- Work with industry-standard testing tools such as UFT, TOSCA, and Selenium.
- Participate in client interfacing roles, ensuring excellent communication and maintaining strong relationships.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Work in a Global delivery environment, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7-9 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in testing, including planning, strategizing, execution, and reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience in test strategy and framework design.
- Knowledge of leading industry-standard testing tools, such as UFT, TOSCA, and Selenium.
- At least 5 years of experience in test execution analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze test reports and provide recommendations.
- Experience with creating test data for various scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with experience in client interfacing roles.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Experience with ADO is a plus.
