At Brazoderecho, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Functional Tester. If you have a strong background in software testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a global delivery environment, we want to hear from you. Requisitos
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional testing throughout the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), ensuring effective testing of applications in multiple projects.
- Apply solid knowledge of Quality Assurance & testing methodologies and test automation techniques.
- Drive the QA process independently within a software development team with minimal supervision.
- Test large-scale applications in a formal QA work environment.
- Provide thorough testing, analyzing issues and offering effective solutions.
- Develop and execute test cases, report on results, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Use Automation, load, or performance testing techniques when applicable.
- Work with ADO (Azure DevOps) and other related tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
- Very good understanding of the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) activities through practice in multiple projects.
- Solid knowledge in Quality Assurance & testing methodologies and test automation.
- Experience testing large-scale applications in a formal QA environment.
- Experience in driving QA processes for software testing independently.
- Experience with automation, load, and/or performance testing is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments.
